The giveaway is promoted by UnityJHospitality LTD, trading as The Two Poplars, 118 Finchampstead Road, Wokingham, RG41 2NU.

Who can enter

The giveaway is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Staff of The Two Poplars and UnityJHospitality LTD are not eligible to enter.

Entry and prizes

Three prizes: one £100, one £25 and one £15 Two Poplars voucher. No purchase necessary. Enter using the website form and follow our Instagram account (@twopoplars5301) and Facebook page (TwoPoplars). One entry per email address. Optional launch-email consent is separate and does not improve your chances.

Entry period and draw

Entries open when this website launches publicly and the entry form becomes available without a password. Entries close at 00:00 GMT on 1 November 2026 (the end of 31 October). Three winners will be drawn at random from eligible entries on 1 November 2026 and contacted privately by email. Selected winners must confirm they follow both accounts before a prize is awarded. We will keep a record of the draw to demonstrate fair random selection.

Claiming and using your prize

Selected winners must reply within 14 days of the notification email. If a selected winner does not respond in time or does not meet the eligibility requirements, we may draw a replacement from the remaining eligible entries. Once eligibility has been confirmed, vouchers will be sent to the email address used to enter. We will email prizes within 30 days of eligibility confirmation. Vouchers are valid for six months from the date they are issued and can be redeemed at The Two Poplars, Wokingham.

Your information

Entry details are used to administer the draw and contact winners, as described in our privacy policy. To show that valid awards took place, the surname and county of winners will be available on request by email for four months after prizes are awarded. You may contact us to object to disclosure or ask us to reduce the information shared. We will respect that request, but may still provide award information to the Advertising Standards Authority if challenged. Participation in photographs, social posts or other promotional publicity is optional and requires separate agreement. Contact hello@updates.twopoplarswokingham.com for questions.
